More than 70 Percent of our body is made up of water. Almost all the major to minor chemical reactions in our body take place in presence of water. AN AVERAGE human cannot live more than a week without water. So it is necessary for us to hydrate ourselves correctly and effectively but the question is are we drinking water correctly? Lets check it out some mistakes we all do while hydrating ourselves with water:-
1. Drinking Water after Meals.

Drinking water after meals give us a very satisfying experience but it is very dangerous for our health.
Reason - Drinking water after meals increases the pH of the stomach as acid inside stomach becomes more diluted causing slow digestion and lack of absorption of nutrients from the food.

What Should we do? - Don't drink water immediately after a meal. Drink it after 30 minutes.
Note - If you feel something wrong in your throat after a meal then you can take some water.
2. Gulping down the water.
Usually we all drink water very Fastly due to our fast lifestyle but it isn't correct way to drink it.This way of hydrating yourself is wrong because gulping down the water quickly harms kidneys.

Solution- We should drink water slowly. We should take a glass and then drink it , Tasting every drop of it.
Reason- If we would drink water Slowly then more amount of Saliva would be dissolved into it causing balance of the pH of tha Acid in the Stomach.
3. Drinking Too much Water at a time.

"Oh no ! I haven't drunk water for many hours. Studies say that we should have almost 8 glass of water in a day
( a few moments later )
Here i have my Bottle of Water ( 600 ml) Lets drink it.
( A few moments later) What is wrong ? Why am i going toilet very frequently?"

Of Course , Drinking water is very good for us but there are some precautions too that we should take.We Should not drink more than 350 ml of water at one time because if we do so , Then that water acts like a poison in our body.Changes should take place slowly. That water is rejected by our body due to its excessive quantity and as a result a person has to go to the toilet frequently.
And that urine basically contains water and a little amount of salt and urea instead of a good quantity of urea and salt.
4. DRINKING WATER WHILE STANDING.

Usually we all don't concern about the postier/position in which we drink water. We should always drink water while sitting not while standing.

Reason - While Drinking water when sitting ,Our kidneys filter the water betterly . While standing our kidneys don't.

2.Sometimes try to hydrate yourself with drinks other than only water like - lemon honey water , Lemonade, Juices,Milk etc
3. Drink Water in a glass( 250 ml).
