How to drink water correctly and effectively.

 More than 70 Percent of our body is made up of water . Almost all the major to minor chemical reactions in our body take place in presence of water. AN  AVERAGE  human cannot live more than a week without water. So it is necessary for us to hydrate ourselves correctly and effectively but the question is are we drinking water correctly? Lets check it out some mistakes we all do while hydrating ourselves with water:- 1. Drinking Water after Meals.  Drinking water after meals give us a very satisfying experience but it is very dangerous for our health . Reason  - Drinking water after meals increases the pH of the stomach as acid inside stomach becomes more diluted causing slow digestion and lack of absorption of nutrients from the food.
